NHHA Welcomes New Board Members

New Hampshire Hospital Association Welcomes New Board Members, Honors Outgoing at Annual Meeting


CONCORD – The New Hampshire Hospital Association (NHHA) is pleased to announce it has recently appointed new members and officers to its Board of Trustees for 2022-2023.  New member Tom Manion, MPA, FACHE, CMPE, President & CEO of New London Hospital was elected to the Association’s Board of Trustees at its Annual Meeting held October 16th – 18th at the OMNI Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods.  

In addition, the membership also elected new officers for the Board of Trustees. Dean Carucci, CEO of Portsmouth Regional Hospital was announced as the new Chair of the Board, replacing immediate past chair Kevin Donovan, MHA, FACHE of Waybird Consulting.

Greg Baxter, MD, President & CEO of Elliot Health System was announced as the Board’s Vice Chair, and Susan Reeves, EdD, RN, CENP, Executive Vice President, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Chief Nursing Executive of Dartmouth Health as the Board’s Secretary/Treasurer.

Those board members re-elected to serve another two-year term were Neil Meehan, DO, Chief Physician Executive, Exeter Health Resources; John Prochilo, Chief Executive Officer, Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital; Jeremy Roberge, President & CEO, Huggins Hospital; Art Mathisen, President, Memorial Hospital; and Michael Peterson, President & CEO, Androscoggin Valley Hospital.

The Association’s Board of Trustees also honored outgoing board member Don Caruso, MD, President & CEO of Cheshire Medical Center, for his dedication and commitment to the Association and outstanding service to health care on behalf of the people of New Hampshire throughout his term.
