Director, Performance Improvement/Risk Management at Holy Family Hospital & Medical Center in Methuen, MA

Holy Family, a 274 bed facility which is part of Caritas Christi Healthcare System (6 hospitals), is looking for a new Director, PI/RM. As Caritas Christi works towards standardizing its quality and risk management programs throughout the system, this individual will oversee QI, RM, Patient Safety, Patient Relations and Infection Control and supervise 6 FTEs. He/she will report to the Corporate VP, Quality & Safety for Caritas.

Requirements include: RN preferred but not mandatory. However, the candidate must have hospital-based clinical background, a minimum of 3-5 years QI/RM experience and at least 2-3 years of managerial expertise. Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred, CPHQ a plus.
