- Due to New Hampshire confidentiality laws, we are
unable to print detail of less than five discharges. The
totals still reflect the actual number of discharges for
the hospital or town. This is to protect against
indirect patient disclosure.
- These reports were created using data supplied by
the NH Department of Health and Human Services. Any
conclusions, interpretations or recommendations drawn
from these reports are those of the requestor.
