NEW HAMPSHIRE HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION ELECTS NEW OFFICERS AND TRUSTEES

(Concord, NH) The members of the New Hampshire Hospital Association recently elected officers and new trustees for its Board of Directors.

• Thomas Wilhelmsen, Jr., President of Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, Nashua, was elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

• David Pearson, Ph.D., Professor of Health Management and Policy and Interim Dean of the School of Health and Human Services at the University of New Hampshire, was elected Vice Chairman.

• Major Wheelock, President and CEO of Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center, Inc., was elected Secretary-Treasurer of the Association.

The following individuals were elected to the Board of Trustees:

• Harry Weber, Trustee of New London Hospital

• Claire Bowen, President of Valley Regional Hospital

• Peter Gosline, CEO of Monadnock Community Hospital

A not-for-profit affiliate of the American Hospital Association, The New Hampshire Hospital Association serves as a state and federal advocate for hospitals, provides education and information to its members, and informs the public about healthcare issues.
